At cslamowitz.com, we aim to provide a secure and straightforward checkout experience. This Payment Policy explains the payment method we accept, payment security, order confirmation, declined payments, refunds, and payment disputes.
1. Accepted payment method
We currently accept PayPal for online checkout.
PayPal may allow you to pay using your PayPal balance and/or eligible linked funding sources, such as cards or bank accounts connected to your PayPal account, depending on PayPal availability, your account settings, and PayPal’s current terms. We do not directly collect or store your full card number or bank account details on our website.
2. Currency and checkout total
- All product prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- The final checkout total is shown before you confirm payment.
- We currently offer free standard shipping on United States orders.
- We do not currently charge separate sales tax or handling fees at checkout.
- Any discount or final amount due is displayed during checkout before you confirm payment.
- We do not accept cash on delivery, checks, wire transfers, money orders, or manual offline payments.
3. Payment security
Payments are processed through PayPal and protected by PayPal’s payment systems. Our website and checkout process use commercially reasonable security measures such as SSL/TLS encryption where supported by the platform. Sensitive payment data is handled by PayPal according to PayPal’s privacy policy and user agreements.
4. Immediate payment
All orders must be paid at the time of purchase. We do not reserve inventory or ship products until payment is successfully authorized and the order is accepted for fulfillment.
5. Failed or declined payments
If your payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed until payment is completed. If this happens, please check:
- Whether your PayPal account is active and in good standing
- Whether your PayPal funding source has sufficient funds or credit availability
- Whether billing and shipping details are entered correctly
- Whether PayPal requires additional verification

6. Order confirmation and payment verification
After payment is successfully processed, you should receive an order confirmation email. In some cases, we may need additional verification to protect against fraud, incorrect address information, or unusual order activity. If verification is required, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
7. Refunds through PayPal
Approved refunds are normally issued back through the original PayPal transaction when technically possible. Once we process a refund, PayPal and your funding source may require additional time to post the refund to your account. Posting times depend on PayPal and the linked payment method.
8. Payment disputes
If you have a payment question or believe there is an issue with a charge, please contact us first at support@cslamowitz.com. If a dispute is opened through PayPal, we will cooperate with PayPal’s dispute process and provide relevant order, shipment, delivery, and communication records when requested.
