Shipping policy

At cslamowitz.com, operated by BOIVIN CHIC LLC, we are committed to providing a clear and reliable shipping experience for furniture orders such as folding chairs, folding tables, stacking chairs, banquet chairs, and related products.

1. Shipping area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If a specific ZIP code, state, territory, PO Box, APO/FPO address, freight-forwarding address, or remote location is unavailable for shipment, checkout may show no available shipping method or our support team may contact you before fulfillment.

2. Processing time

Handling time means the time between order confirmation/payment authorization and when the package leaves the warehouse or is accepted by the carrier.

3. Estimated delivery time

Transit time means the time it takes the carrier to deliver the package after it has left the warehouse.

4. Shipping carriers

We may ship through major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight/large-parcel carriers depending on product size, package weight, destination, and carrier availability. The carrier shown in your tracking email is the carrier assigned to that shipment.

5. Free shipping and tax

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. No separate standard outbound shipping fee is charged at checkout.

We do not currently charge separate sales tax or handling fees at checkout. The total shown at checkout before payment confirmation is the amount you authorize through PayPal, unless you apply a discount that reduces the total.

6. Order tracking

After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

If you created an account on our website, you may also be able to view order and shipping information from your account area. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link provided by email.

7. Multiple packages

Tables, chairs, multi-piece furniture orders, or large quantity orders may ship in more than one carton. You may receive multiple tracking numbers, and cartons may arrive on different days.

8. Change of delivery address

If you need to change your shipping address, email support@cslamowitz.com as soon as possible. Address changes can usually only be made before a tracking number is created or before the order is handed to the carrier.

We do not charge an additional handling fee for address corrections requested before shipment. Once the order has shipped, carrier reroute availability and fees depend on the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

9. Order cancellation before shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, contact us immediately at support@cslamowitz.com. If the order has not been handed to the carrier, we can usually cancel and issue a refund without an additional handling fee. Once the product has shipped, the standard return policy applies.

10. Damaged, lost, or delayed shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and take clear photos of the outer carton, shipping label, inner packaging, and damaged product. Contact us promptly so we can review the issue and assist with replacement parts, an exchange, a return, or a refund where applicable.

If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period or indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact the carrier first and then email us with your order number and tracking number. We will help review the shipment status.

11. Incorrect or incomplete address

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or inability to receive the shipment may be subject to return shipping costs or deductions where permitted by law.
