Returns, refunds & exchanges

At cslamowitz.com, operated by BOIVIN CHIC LLC, we want customers to receive the chair, table, or furniture item they ordered in the condition described on the product page. This policy explains when returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, and cancellations may be requested.

1. Return window

We offer a 30-calendar-day return window. You must contact us within 30 calendar days after the delivery date shown by carrier tracking to request a return, refund, or exchange authorization. Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by law or approved by us in writing.

Returned furniture items must include all original parts, hardware, instructions, accessories, cushions (if included), packaging materials, labels, and protective materials. Items must not show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection. We may reject or reduce a refund for returns that are missing parts, damaged after delivery, stained, scratched, altered, assembled in a way that prevents resale, exposed to outdoor weather contrary to product guidance, or returned without authorization.

After reviewing your request, our support team will provide return instructions, a return merchandise authorization (RMA), and the appropriate return address or warehouse address. Please do not ship returns to the business mailing address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment path when technically possible. We generally process approved refunds within 1–2 business days after inspection is complete. PayPal and your funding source may need additional time to post the refund to your account, commonly 7–15 business days depending on PayPal and the linked payment method.

No additional handling fee is charged for returns that meet this policy. If we provide a return label for a buyer’s-remorse return at your request, the label cost may be deducted from the refund if disclosed in writing during the RMA process.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different color, model, or eligible replacement, email us within the 30-day return window. Exchanges depend on inventory availability and product eligibility.

8. Damaged items and missing parts

If an item arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us promptly. Please keep the product, packaging, and shipping label until the issue is resolved. We may request photos to support carrier claims or warehouse review.

9. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, email support@cslamowitz.com immediately. If the order has not been shipped or handed to the carrier, we can usually cancel it and issue a full refund without an additional handling fee. Once the product has shipped, the standard return policy applies.
