For items that arrive damaged, defective, materially not as described, or incorrect: contact support@cslamowitz.com promptly with photos, the packing slip or order confirmation details, any visible outer carton damage captured before unpacking when safe to do so, and we will provide return/replacement/refund remedies consistent with obligations of law and truthful item condition upon arrival.
Returns for buyer’s remorse
If you no longer want the item and it remains unused / resaleable in original packaging:
- Window: Request a return authorization within 30 calendar days of the delivery confirmation date.
- Condition: Items must include all parts/hardware/instructions/accessories shipped; avoid stains, odors, abrasion from outdoor trials, adhesives residues, engraving, personalization, aftermarket modifications incompatible with resale.
- RMA required: Email support@cslamowitz.com before shipping anything back. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Return shipping: Unless we confirm otherwise for an approved quality claim, you pay return shipping for buyer’s remorse. Oversized furniture cartons can be expensive to return; ask us for guidance on repacking best practices.
- Refunds: After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment path where technically possible.
- Processing time: Allow approximately 5–10 business days after the return arrives at the facility we designate for inspection and refund posting.
- Restocking: Unless stated on the product page or your order confirmation, we do not charge a separate restocking fee when the return meets policy; we may deduct return label costs we front only if we explicitly offered that option in writing during your RMA.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before the parcel is tendered to a carrier. After shipment, standard return rules apply.
